Hey you guys! I am so excited to bring you this blog post in partnership with Zappos where I am sharing a shoe that I have actually been needing for awhile now so when they reached out I was #PUMPED. Part of this job is partnering with brands I love (and only truly love) to bring you new brands and fun content. I hope you know that I am very selective with who I work with and would never share any brands if I didn’t actually love them. Okay end of rant.
This Spring I have found myself relapsing. The comfy clothes are just too tempting to walk away from, especially if they cut down my time to get ready in the morning. I’ve been sharing with you guys on Instagram that I have been stealing Keegan’s sweatshirts and wearing them as dresses. Call me cliche, but…okay yeah it’s really cliche of me. Part of me hates myself for succumbing to being one of those girlfriends. I guess the difference here is that, you can actually make them into a cute outfit 😉 Sometimes I will wear it alone (I’m short so it works) or I will also put a skirt underneath for a little more detail if I have decided that wearing that same sweatshirt day after day was getting a little repetitive and boring OR if my mother tells me I look like I’m not wearing pants. LOL
The second victims of my comfy clothing relapse are my Kork-Ease Tutsi slides from Zappos. From the moment I took them out of the box I’ve been wearing them nonstop. The only drawback is that it forced me to do my toes…let’s just say I was in need of a pedicure. These shoes are without a doubt the comfiest and easiest pair of shoes I own and I have even ditched my house slippers and I just wear these around the house now. Funny story-my mom has about 4 different pairs of flip flops around her house and insists on wearing those as house shoes…maybe I get it from her???
With summer coming and a few trips on the close horizon, I was in need of a shoe that was easy to slip on for going to the pool but also comfy enough to walk around the town in. After testing these out for a couple weeks now, they get the Morgan vacation approval stamp. We are going to make that a thing!
