London Eats + Drinks

If you have been following my instagram, you’ve realized my profile has pretty much turned into a food blog (insert “I need to go to the gym ASAP” emoji here). I have my parents to blame for my rather “mature” food palette that I have cultivated over the years, so naturally every time I go somewhere new it is a must for me to experience their best cuisines. I have created this instagram and drool worthy list of my favorite eats and drinks from my time in London to hopefully inspire your upcoming trip or even inspire you to book a trip…I don’t know about you, but I went just for the ‘grammable food 😉 Here are my must try eats + drinks in London.

Il Pampero at The Hari

An exquisite experience for Italian cuisine. I dined here for lunch one afternoon and was blown away. If you are looking for a great bowl of pasta, a glass of wine, and a lovely moment away from seeing London, this is your place. In the heart of Belgravia amongst one of the wealthiest parts in London I found myself having one of the best meals of the trip.

What to order:

Carpaccio Di Manzo Con Tartufo Rucola E Grana

Burrata E Avocado

Spaghetti Alle Vongole Veraci

Tonnarello Cacio E Pepe Nella Forma Di Parmigiano

What to Drink:

Ask them to pair a wine for you

Chiswick No. 197

The dreamiest brunch location I have ever experienced; outdoor patio with hanging flowers and vines, chic furniture, exposed brick, and the most instagrammable spread ever. It is a little further out of the city but put this on your list and make it work, you will not be sorry.

What to Eat:

Avocado toast

Eggs Royal

What to Drink:

Black charcoal lemonade

Elderflower and Earl Grey Fizz

Tate Modern Restaurant on Level 9

Talk about a view! If you are looking for fabulous cuisine and a view of the city this is the place to come. After experiencing the unique Tate Modern museum make sure to hop up to level 9 and enjoy.

What to Eat:

Seabass Carpaccio

Devilled Chicken Liver on Toast

Ribeye Steak

Herbed Gnocchi

What to Drink:

Get the sommelier wine pairings for all courses

Pret-A-Portea at The Berkeley Hotel

Afternoon Tea is a must in London and this fashion inspired tea experience is one not to miss, especially all you fashion bloggers out there. The baked goods are all inspired from the most recent fashion week designs from designers such as Gucci, Pucci, Miu Miu, Balenciaga, and many more. The staff is amazing, and the restaurant itself is something of a dream. Do yourself a favor and book tea here before you even get on the plane.

What to order:

Traditional afternoon tea experience + Rosé

Sexy Fish

The best cocktails of the entire trip and quite possibly my entire life. The cocktail menu itself was so impressive we stole two of them and took them home with us to use as art. It’s safe to say we tried more than one of their cocktails…After the bar make sure to experience the sushi here, it is some of the best fish I have ever had. I think we spent a little too much time with the drinks so we didn’t experience the full menu to its potential but what we ordered was to die for.

What to Eat:

White Miso Soup

Chef’s Selection Sashimi

Tempura

Yellowtail Sashimi

What to Drink:

See the cocktail menu/magazine

Pin-Up Colada

Pink Pool

Pimped Cup

Sketch

Can you really go to London without going to Sketch? I don’t think so! Apart from their two Michelin stars (well deserved) and their infamous bathrooms, they also have three different bars which are all so unique. From the moment we sat down the experience was incredible. My only critique would be that they kind of rushed us as you can only have the table for 2 hours, but you know we stayed there for our full two hours!

What to order:

Burrata

Lamb

Beef Tartar

Mashed Potatoes

What to Drink:

The Fourth Omen

They also have multiple bars and lounges throughout the space. We experienced The Glade for after dinner drinks and I highly recommend it!

What to Drink:

Espresso Martini

Farm Girl

Make your way out to Farm Girl for a cute and quaint brunch. I found this place from instagram and it is for sure instagram worthy! They have a bunch of amazing coffees that are all different colors…I almost ordered them all!

What to Eat:

Avocado Toast

Egg Skillet

What to Drink:

Rose Latte

What are you favorite London eats + drinks? I would love to add them to my list for next time xx
