I Found myself writing this post to put off studying for finals…what can I say, studying for macroeconomics doesn’t sound like the most enthralling thing at the moment. Don’t get me wrong, I actually love learning-knowledge is one of the most powerful things you can obtain-but I am currently two coffees too short and lack the patience to sit still for 3 hours staring at my handwritten notes that may or may not be legible. I am actually not a procrastinator, contrary to what this post may suggest. I like to get my shit done asap, but when it comes to studying there’s this lack of motivation because I really don’t have to do it. Sure, my grade might suffer, but it’s not like studying translates into a physical grade in the grade book.
studying for exam………………..0%
Call it a weakness, but I’ll call it dedication to other matters.

If you follow me, you know I live in denim. I don’t really know where it started or where this infatuation came from, but I am so obsessed that I even reference denim in my Instagram bio…that’s when you know it’s serious. There’s two types of denim…everyday and statement; statement denim being a hot trend for ss17. Here I am wearing the cropped flare…two things if you told me last year I’d be wearing I’d grimace in disgust. Funny how trends change and we change with them. I have paired it with a statement top and a camel trench because it’s still winter here in Seattle…and apparently the East Coast too. I will link some of the best pairs of the cropped flare below along with this look.
