Trend Alert: The Bell Sleeve
I have been thinking a lot lately, thinking about how the world of blogging is beginning to fade out as the influencer market is growing larger and larger. Successful bloggers these days are no longer blogging regularly, they are turning their websites into advertisements, they are becoming ambassadors for large brands that pay high dividends, they are creating their own lines, they are becoming a part of the modeling industry, they are becoming high profile celebrities… What started out as blogging is now evolving. While influencer marketing is already a large part of blogging, it is still a separate entity, and it is not going away any time soon. Looking at myself and my blog as it is not even a year old, I begin to doubt myself and doubt what I am doing as the blogging scene is changing. Regardless of how much I love it, there’s always a tinge of uneasiness in the back of my mind. Am I good enough? Is my blog successful enough? Will it ever be successful enough? Will I be able to come up with an innovative way to be on the brink of this change from blogging to some creative form of influencer marketing? Will it all be worth it? This is what I ask myself daily. I have doubts, but on the other hand I am excited. The possibilities are endless for me to break into the influencer market with my very own innovative approach, I just cannot be scared; I cannot doubt myself.
The 70s are hanging around as the bell shape is making an appearance on sleeves these past few months. I paired one of my favorite staples this season with this two toned lace dress. I am currently stocking up on all long length coats and vests for the winter months that are approaching. Nothing makes a bigger statement than your outerwear, don’t you agree?
